Power steering pump The T4 transporter is located in four/six and five cylinder engines in different places. The way of fastening of the pump is shown in fig. 419 and 420. Removal and installation of the hydraulic booster pump can be done using these figures. During installation, adhere to all the tightening torques shown in the figure. Replace all spring washers and self-locking nuts during installation. After installing the pump, adjust the V-belt tension as described in the previous section.
