How it works
During knock combustion, mechanical vibration occurs, which causes a voltage change in the sensor, which produces signals that inform the microprocessor module about the dynamic load in the head of the block.
The signals coming from the knock sensor and from the Hall sensor are analyzed in the microprocessor module, which determines the cylinder in which the knock combustion of the fuel occurs and delays the ignition point in it.
Emergency Action
To prevent damage to the engine, if the communication between the microprocessor module and the knock sensor is interrupted, a possible pre-ignition will be automatically delayed.
