Removal and installation of a back bicuspid door
Removal
Disassembly and assembly will be described for the right half of a double leaf door.
Work on the left half is done in a similar way. ♦ Using a hex wrench, unscrew the clips securing the panel.
Remove the door trim panel after removing the handle frame. ♦ If present, disconnect and remove from the door the electrical wires to the wiper motor, heated glass coil and lock actuator (models with central locking).
♦ While supporting the door, remove the screws (21, see fig. 498) of the upper and lower hinges (25).
♦ Disconnect the door stop (27) and remove the door.
Installation is carried out in reverse order.
